Relevant
Experience: William M. Hatch has led and advised on organizational improvement and change management at numerous locations,
often in conjunction with Jerald B. Gartman of Gartman and Associates, with whom he has been affiliated since 1992 following
a career in the U.S. Marine Corps. As a Defense Systems Analyst, he was a key participant in the creation of a new organization
for the Marine Corps’ operational forces in the early 1980’s. He also served as the project manager for
the team creating a new organization for the Marine Corps Reserves. While serving as Director of Operations for the
Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, North Carolina, he played a critical role in the implementation of an award winning Total
Quality Management system. Under his leadership the Depot won the Presidential Prototype Quality Improvement Award and
other numerous other awards for Quality. Bill Hatch has provided consulting and training for the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
Commander of Special Operation Command and Commander of European Command. His advice on reorganization and efficiencies
were instrumental in the restoration of financial stability to the Armed Forces Retirement Homes. Recently he has been
assisting DoD Washington Headquarters Services to improve efficiency and organizational alignment. Education and Professional Qualifications: · MS
